Fabiano Fidêncio 96c20f8baa tests: k8s: set CreateContainerRequest (on free runners) timeout to 600s

Set KubeletConfiguration runtimeRequestTimeout to 600s mainly for CoCo
(Confidential Containers) tests, so container creation (attestation,
policy, image pull, VM start) does not hit the default CRI timeout.

Kata Containers Tests

This directory contains various types of tests for testing the Kata Containers repository.
