Fabiano Fidêncio 850b385f6b Revert "tests: skip Guaranteed QoS test for SNP/TDX runtime-rs"

This reverts commit 6588014b54, as the
needed PR[0] was merged this morning, allowing us to just revert the
image.

Kata Containers Tests

This directory contains various types of tests for testing the Kata Containers repository.
