stevenhorsman 85bbc0e969 metrics: Increase wait time ...

The new metrics runner seems slower, so we are
seeing errors like:
The iperf3 tests are failing with:
```
pod rejected: RuntimeClass "kata" not found
```
so give more time for it to succeed
