stevenhorsman d8961cbd4a workflow: coco: Add auth registry secret ...

- Add the `AUTHENTICATED_IMAGE_USER` and
`AUTHENTICATED_IMAGE_PASSWORD` repository secrets as env vars
to the coco tests, so we can use them to pull an images from
and authenticated registry for testing
