Fabiano Fidêncio d82eb8d0f1 ci: Drop docker tests ...

We have had those tests broken for months. It's time to get rid of
those.

NOTE that we could easily revert this commit and re-add those tests as
soon as we find someone to maintain and be responsible for such
integration.
