Fabiano Fidêncio d8a3272f85 kata-deploy: Add tests for custom runtimes Helm templates

Add Bats tests to verify the custom runtimes Helm template rendering,
and that the we can start a pod with the custom runtime.

Tests were written with Cursor's help.

Kata Containers Tests

This directory contains various types of tests for testing the Kata Containers repository.
