Fabiano Fidêncio edfaeec316 tests: arm64: Skip tests which do not have a multi-arch image

The image used has some special (as weird) properties that are being
taking advantage of to implement policy related tests.

Changing the image is a no-go at this point, otherwise we break the
tests ... so let's just skip those for now.

Kata Containers Tests

This directory contains various types of tests for testing the Kata Containers repository.
