This is a helper script that does basically what's already being done by the s390x CI, which is: * Move a folder with the components that we were stored / downloaded during the GHA execution to the expected `build` location * Get rid of the dependencies for a specific asset, as the dependencies are already pulled in from previous GHA steps For now this script is only being added but not yet executed anywhere, and that will come as the next step in this series.
