- Pin actions/checkout to v4 instead of @master for supply-chain safety
- Rename deprecated `builds` to `ids` in archive sections
- Rename deprecated `format` to `formats` (list) in format_overrides
- Update Snapcraft base from core20 (EOL) to core24
- Fix comment URL to HTTPS
