Improve explanation of ReplicaSet.

"ReplicaSet represents the configuration of a ReplicaSet" does not tell
you much. I took the explanation from
https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/workloads/controllers/replicaset/#when-to-use-a-replicaset
