Automatic merge from submit-queue

Add build instructions for the impatient

**What this PR does / why we need it**:

* it adds a small section to build k8s for the impatient.
* it fixes a typo
* it removes the code-of-conduct file which was a redirect to the cncf code.

fixes part of #36655
