Deprecate the following flags for node-controller:

Browse Source 
--node-milli-cpu
  --node-memory
  --machines
  --minion-regexp
  --sync-nodes

Remove the following flags from the standalon kubernetes binary:
  --node-milli-cpu
  --node-memory
