Merge pull request #43361 from timothysc/remove_mesos_e2e

Automatic merge from submit-queue (batch tested with PRs 43144, 42671, 43226, 43314, 43361)

Removal of unused mesos e2e test.

Remove mesos e2e test which is not used.
