Fix Audit-ID header key

Browse Source 
Now http header key "Audit-ID" doesn't have effect, because golang
automaticly transforms "Audit-ID" into "Audit-Id". This change use
http.Header.Get() function to canonicalize "Audit-ID" to "Audit-Id".
