Fixed some typos in sharing-clusters.md

Fixes are:

1. `.kubeconfig` -> `kubeconfig`
2. `.kubectl` -> `kubectl`
3. `.kubeconfig` -> `.kube/config`
4. `path/to/.kube/config` -> `/path/to/.kube/config`
5. `commandline` -> `command line`
