7cb135a888 e2e network test for multiple protocol services on same port 
The test creates a Service exposing two protocols on the same port
and a backend that replies on both protocols.

1. Test that Service with works for both protocol
2. Update Service to expose only the TCP port
3. Verify that TCP works and UDP does not work
4. Update Service to expose only the UDP port
5. Verify that TCP does not work and UDP does work

2f6c4f5eab e2e: use Ginkgo context 
All code must use the context from Ginkgo when doing API calls or polling for a
change, otherwise the code would not return immediately when the test gets
aborted.

d4729008ef e2e: simplify test cleanup 
ginkgo.DeferCleanup has multiple advantages:
- The cleanup operation can get registered if and only if needed.
- No need to return a cleanup function that the caller must invoke.
- Automatically determines whether a context is needed, which will
  simplify the introduction of context parameters.
- Ginkgo's timeline shows when it executes the cleanup operation.

363ad4c3b3 Ensure the execHostnameTest() compares hostnames 
We do not have guarantee that the agnhost's `/hostname` endpoint returns
a hostname and not an FQDN. We also do not have guarantee a hostname
gets passed to the execHostnameTest() function for comparison.

So make sure we're comparing hostnames in execHostnameTest().

6bedf4a98b don´t panic on e2e ESIPP tests 
The ESIPP tests are using a function to poll an HTTP endpoint.
This function failed the framework if the request to the http endpoint
timed out, causing a panic that ginkgo couldn´t recover.

Also, this function was used inside a pollImmediate loop, so it should
return the error instead of fail.
