Move sourcing of provider-specific util.sh into kube-util.sh
...
- kube-util.sh defines default implementations
- provider util.sh overrides the default implementations as desired
- default kube-util functions now print to stderr to avoid affecting
captured output

Refactored kube-push.sh script

The script allows also to push binaries only to the master or specified node.
Added support for released tars.
Introduced new push methods and implemented them for GCE.

Minimize metadata when creating startup scripts.

Strip all comments when creating the omnibus startup scripts for starting the VMs. This reduces some noise and may prevent us from hitting the eventual limits there.

Move everything out of src and reorganize scripts.

Fixed up some scripts to be more robust. Changed the e2e test setup to use g1-small instances. Fixed up documentation to reflect the new script locations. Disabled the "curl | bash" cluster launch as it hasn't been well tested and doesn't include the cloudcfg tool yet.
