If a stream is already timed-out, then either the data or error stream
may be `nil`. This would cause a segmentation fault, which is now
covered with this patch.

Fix the godoc for RollingUpdateDaemonSet to state that
spec.updateStrategy.rollingUpdate.maxUnavailable is rounded up.
A recent commit changed the godoc to say that the value of this field
was rounded down, but the actual implementation rounds up and always has
rounded up. (This is in contrast to Deployments, where
spec.strategy.rollingUpdate.maxUnavailable is rounded down.)
Follow-up to commit 5aa53f885c.

Change "rounding down" to "rounding up".
This image is the same as "gcr.io/authenticated-image-pulling/windows-nanoserver:v1"
that is used for the "should be able to pull from private registry with secret"
test on Windows.
Adding this image will allow other people to build and push their own
images to their own private registries.
During Runner data initialization, if the value for the flag
"--skip-phases" was empty set the {init|join}Runner.Options.SkipPhases
to the {Init|Join}Configuration.SkipPhases value.
- Add the field SkipPhases in the public v1beta3 as a []string (omitempty)
- Add the field in the internal type
- Run generators
- Adapt v1beta2 converter for JoinConfiguration
Make sure to use SIGKILL so that the service is killed in a dirty way.
In case container runtime use "Restart=on-abnormal" in systemd, killing
with SIGTERM will not restart the service, as the kill looks intentional
and clean. This is used by cri-o by default.
