A shared PID namespace were enabled by default in the 1.7 when running
with a supported Docker runtime, but a Docker version that supports
a shared namespace was not qualified for use.
Release 1.8 will qualify a docker version supporting shared PID, but we
don't want to cause disruption for container images which expect always
to have PID 1.
Adding an implementation of GetZoneByProviderID & GetZoneByNodeName for
GCE.
This is related to ticket 50926.
This was tested as part of the ongoing separate GCE cloud provider work.
Added unit test.
Fix for wojtek-t (borrowed from FengyunPan)
IPAM controller unifies handling of node pod CIDR range allocation. It
is intended to supersede the logic that is currently in range_allocator
and cloud_cidr_allocator.
Note: for this change, the other allocators still exist and are the
default.
It supports two modes:
* CIDR range allocations done within the cluster that are then
propagated out to the cloud provider.
* Cloud provider managed IPAM that is then reflected into the cluster.
It is possible to have multiple signals that point to the same type of
resource, e.g., both SignalNodeFsAvailable and
SignalAllocatableNodeFsAvailable refer to the same resource NodeFs.
Change the map from map[v1.ResourceName]evictionapi.Signal to
map[v1.ResourceName][]evictionapi.Signal

The EventRateLimit plug-in limits the number of events that the API Server
will accept in a given time period. It allows for server-wide, per-namespace,
per-user,and per-source+object rate limiting.
