8ffbced280 Introduce terminationMessagePath to Container, and update conversion code 
to assign the default path.

Move default setting for terminationMessagePath to conversion
from validation. Addressed other comments.

Docker startup fails
You specified --iptables=false with --ipmasq=true. IP masquerading uses iptables to function. 
Please set --ipmasq to false or --iptables to true

a839599883 Install client tools on master. 
We now include kubecfg and kubectl in "server binary" tar and place them into /usr/local/bin on the master.

887c9b18d6 Install Salt from debs on GCS. 
Also make downloading more reliable and run 'highstate' after install for good measure.  As part of this we no longer use gsutil to download and have to make 'staged' binaries in GCS publicly readable.
