Kenichi Omichi dac8f752b3 Remove ns from getScheduledAndUnscheduledPods() ...

The namespace parameter "ns" of getScheduledAndUnscheduledPods() is
always metav1.NamespaceAll.
This removes the parameter from the function for cleanup.
