Renamed collector, aggregator to api server, api folder to agent (#133)

* Renamed aggregator -> apiServer.

* Format errors with container names.

* Renamed collector -> apiServer.

* Rephrased help messages.

* Moved api -> agent.

* Continue renameing api -> agent in Makefile and Dockerfiles.
