docs: fix apify actors notebok main heading text (#30040)
- **Description:** Fix Apify Actors tool notebook main heading text so there is an actual description instead of "Overview" in the tool integration description on [LangChain tools integration page](https://python.langchain.com/docs/integrations/tools/#all-tools).
