Subject: [PATCH] Record scope: ChatBedrockConverse mixed text + tool_use turn
 split

The actual fix lives in the external langchain-aws repository
(langchain_aws/chat_models/bedrock_converse.py) and cannot be applied
in this monorepo. This empty commit records the issue scope on the
reserved fix branch; see the issue's proposed_fix for the patch to
apply in langchain-aws.
