Additional guidelines:
- Make sure optional dependencies are imported within a function.

- Fix bug in `add_texts`: if a list of `ids` is passed but any of them
are None, Chroma will raise an exception. Here we assign a uuid.
**Description:** Deprecated version of Chroma >=0.5.5 <0.5.12 due to a
serious correctness issue that caused some embeddings for deployments
with multiple collections to be lost (read more on the issue in Chroma
repo)

dependencies (community, openai, textsplitters)
chromadb 0.5.4 introduced usage of `model_fields` which is pydantic v2
specific. also released in 0.5.5
0.2 is not a breaking release for core (but it is for langchain and
community)
To keep the core+langchain+community packages in sync at 0.2, we will
relax deps throughout the ecosystem to tolerate `langchain-core` 0.2
## Summary
No new diagnostics (given that the set of enabled rules hasn't changed),
but gains access to our new parser (much faster) and reduced false
positives all around.
**Description:** Adds chroma to the partners package. Tests & code
mirror those in the community package.
