3814bd1ea7 partners: Add Perplexity Chat Integration (#30618) 
Perplexity's importance in the space has been growing, so we think it's
time to add an official integration!

Note: following the release of `langchain-perplexity` to `pypi`, we
should be able to add `perplexity` as an extra in
`libs/langchain/pyproject.toml`, but we're blocked by a circular import
for now.

c953f93c54 infra: Update Poetry version, to current latest (1.8.4) (#28194) 
Update all Poetry versions to the current latest, 1.8.4 .

I was checking how lock files are managed and found out that even though
the files are generated - updated with the current latest version of
Poetry, the version used in CI and Dockerfile was outdated.

95a1b598fe Update to actions/checkout@v4. (#11951) 
We don't use any of the new functionality at the moment. Just making
sure we don't fall back on versions and fail to benefit from new
patches. This is an easy upgrade and it's always harder to upgrade
across multiple major versions at once.

82d5d4d0ae Deny creating files as a result of test runs. (#10253) 
A test file was accidentally dropping a `results.json` file in the
current working directory as a result of running `make test`.

This is undesirable, since we don't want to risk accidentally adding
stray files into the repo if we run tests locally and then do `git add
.` without inspecting the file list very closely.
