- added guard on the `pyTigerGraph` import
- added a missed example page in the `docs/integrations/graphs/`
- formatted the `docs/integrations/providers/` page to the consistent
format. Added links.
Previously, if this did not find a mypy cache then it wouldnt run
this makes it always run
adding mypy ignore comments with existing uncaught issues to unblock other prs
