**Description:**
Fix "`TypeError: 'NoneType' object is not iterable`" when the
auth_context is absent in PebbloRetrievalQA. The auth_context is
optional; hence, PebbloRetrievalQA should work without it, but it throws
an error at the moment. This PR fixes that issue.
