We recently renamed `MLflow Deployments Server` to `MLflow AI Gateway`
in mlflow. This PR updates the relevant notebooks to use `MLflow AI
gateway`

Additional guidelines:

- Changes should be backwards compatible.
- If you are adding something to community, do not re-import it in
langchain.
