**description:** the ChatModel[Integration]Tests classes are powerful
and helpful, this change allows sub-classes to add additional tests.

for instance,

```
class TestChatMyServiceIntegration(ChatModelIntegrationTests):
    ...
    def test_myservice(self, model: BaseChatModel) -> None:
        ...
```
