Mohammad Mohtashim bff56c5fa6 community[patch]: Redundant Parser checker for Webbaseloader (#30632) 
- **Description:** We do not need to set parser in `scrape` since it is
already been done in `_scrape`
- **Issue:** #30629, not directly related but makes sure xml parser is
used

pip install langchain-community

What is it?

LangChain Community contains third-party integrations that implement the base interfaces defined in LangChain Core, making them ready-to-use in any LangChain application.

For full documentation see the API reference.
