Removing extra StdOutCallbackHandler overridden methods (#14136) 
Unnecessarily overridden methods:

- Give the idea the subclass is doing something special (when it isn't)
- Block CTRL-click to the actual method

This PR removes some unnecessarily overridden methods in
`StdOutCallbackHandler`
