minpeter a873e0fbfb community: update documentation and model IDs for FriendliAI provider (#28984)

- In the example, remove `llama-2-13b-chat`,
`mixtral-8x7b-instruct-v0-1`.
- Fix llm friendli streaming implementation.

What is it?

LangChain Community contains third-party integrations that implement the base interfaces defined in LangChain Core, making them ready-to-use in any LangChain application.
