Reverts langchain-ai/langchain#32160

Original issue stems from using `ChatOpenAI` to interact with a `qwen`
model. Recommended to use
[langchain-qwq](https://python.langchain.com/docs/integrations/chat/qwq/)
which is built for Qwen
