- There was some ambiguous wording that has been updated to hopefully
clarify the functionality of `reasoning_format` in ChatGroq.
- Added support for `reasoning_effort`
- Added links to see models capable of `reasoning_format` and
`reasoning_effort`
- Other minor nits
