Description: We are merging UPSTAGE_DOCUMENT_AI_API_KEY and
UPSTAGE_API_KEY into one, and only UPSTAGE_API_KEY will be used going
forward. And we changed the base class of ChatUpstage to BaseChatOpenAI.
