Justin Cormack	b042b5127f	Revert "Format filesystems earlier, before syslog" ... This reverts commit 4dd5dca106. Fix #710 where system hangs after klogd startup on AWS. Justin Cormack	9a95224681	Format filesystems earlier, before syslog ... So that we can write to /var early, move filesystem formatting as early as possible.
