4defc9f134 kernels: Clean after creating an image 
Remove the image and the intermediate images. Otherwise, especially
for the initial runs, the disk fills up quickly.

eeb8ee058c kernels: Add script to convert CentOS kernels 
We only convert CentOS 7 kernels for now. CentOS 6 is too
old for most of our purposes.
