f4414f2fed test: Create a EFI bootable ISO for LTP 
Previously, this was disabled because the fixed sized FAT
partition was too small. With d8d6a85 the FAT partition is
dynamically sized and the ISO can be build.

This is temporary, it should be under `containers/` just as soon
as we have a manifest setup.
