Rolf Neugebauer 03c3fd65c3 tools/alpine: Fix push-manifest.sh ...

- On macOS, docker-credential-osxkeychain.bin was renamed to
  docker-credential-osxkeychain
- Pass --ignore-missing to the manifest-tool invocation.
