Ian Campbell bbbbf3cb5d sshd: sync bind mounts with getty container ...

This adds all the binds from pkg/getty/Dockerfile to pkg/sshd/Dockerfile and
retains the existing /root/.ssh and /etc/resolv.conf binds.

With this `dist` and `ctr` function in a ssh session.
