Rolf Neugebauer dfeaf8b5f6 tests: Adjust check for CONFIG_CC_STACKPROTECTOR ...

This option was removed in 4.16.x in favour of
CONFIG_CC_STACKPROTECTOR_AUTO. We do not check for
this option as we also force CONFIG_CC_STACKPROTECTOR_STRONG.
