Rolf Neugebauer eee71f46e0 kernel: Adjust s390x kernel config

- Disable all network device driver apart from Mellanox, which
  is the only support NIC on s390x
- Disable Fusion MPT
- Disable DAX/NVMEM/NVME
- Disable USB
