From 5b135b92a89723480498c2db42ec44f365d52728 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Matt Heon <mheon@redhat.com> Date: Wed, 9 Apr 2025 13:29:22 -0400 Subject: [PATCH] Add MAINTAINERS.md and Governance, update OWNERS Many of the people in OWNERS no longer contribute to the project, so clean the file and restrict to those who are still active. Alongside this, add our core maintainers who have merge authority on all repos. Governance is a simple link to the Podman governance model, and MAINTAINERS.md mirrors the new OWNERS.
