Add missing cmdline stanzas (#69)
Adds support for:
 - rd.cos.oemtimeout=
 - rd.cos.overlay=tmpfs:SIZE
 - rd.cos.overlay=LABEL=DEVICE_LABEL
 - rd.cos.overlay=UUID=DEVICE_UUID
