c4762e4d94 Added rancheros-installer script 
This script will call out to pull an os-installer container. It handles
orchestrating the install process.

fff517ef0b Add support for local builds for downloads 
If you set the hash in scripts/download to "dev" the build.sh
will use the local file from assets/
