HV: rename hostbridge related functions

vdev_hostbridge_init --> vhostbridge_init
vdev_hostbridge_cfgread --> vhostbridge_cfgread
vdev_hostbridge_cfgwrite --> vhostbridge_cfgwrite
vdev_hostbridge_deinit --> vhostbridge_deinit
