1.Add RDT feature in scenario xmls, add set RDT_ENABLED=y, CDP_ENABLED=n
by default for industry scenario if HW support RDT.
2.Add CLOS_MASK in xmls to configurable and set them to '0xff' by
default if HW support RDT.
3.Remove configurable="0" of clos for PRE launched VM and POST VM, currently,
remain configurable="0" for SOS VM.
4.Add vcpu_clos to match the pcpu_id number, and set vcpu_clos to 0.

The bootarg of rootfs for pre-launched VM is for Linux only and it
should not limited to physical block device which is selectable from
native rootfs list, it might be a USB or RAM device that "X" is variable
in root=/dev/sdX or /dev/ramX. So remove the rootfs setting in XML and
leave it configured in kernel bootargs directly.
Given the SOS must be Linux and its rootfs must be a physical block
device, rootfs item tag is still reserved in xml for SOS VM section.

- commit 69152647 ("hv: Use virtual APIC IDs for Pre-launched VMs")
enables virtual APIC IDs for pre-launched VMs thus xapic_phys is no
longer needed to force guest xAPIC to work in physical destination mode.
- HVC is not available in logical partition mode and "console=hvc0" should
be removed from guest Linux bootargs.

For currently supported hardware such as KNL NUC, the scenario xml
file is not generated and the newly added non-contiguous variables
will not be present. This can lead to build issues. This patch adds
the second non-contiguous HPA variable to all supported hardware
for both logical_partition and hybrid modes. It also adds checks
to ensure that HPA2 is valid before using it while creating the
guest VM ve820.

The pcpu sharing for vm already enabled in master branch, acrn-config
tool for generating scenario config souce file should keep align with master branch.
1. Add 'vcpu_affinity' tag and its vaule in config xml.
2. Parse the 'vcpu_affinity' tag of value from config xml for generating vcpu_affinity.

1). apl-up2-n3350 has two PCPUs, set appropriate value for vcpu_affinity.
