- GET_PLATFORM_INFO ioctl will not be supported by ACRN.
- This patch removes the dependency on above interface in
vRTCT ACPI table building:
1) Get cache hierarchy information (threads sharing shift)
through 'cpuid' instruction (leaf 0x04) instead of
call vm_get_config() API.
2) Get local APIC IDs of guest VM CPUs through new wrapper
API 'plapicid_from_pcpuid()'.

GET_PLATFORM_INFO interface will be removed from ACRN hypervisor,
Service VM /ACRN-DM and other userland applications shall not use it any more.
For dm the lapic id was get from acrn_platform_info.
So in version 2.7, SOS madt table is parsed to get the lapic id for each pcpu.
There has an assumption. The SOS owned pcpu starts from physical cpu 0,
otherwise SOS doesn't know the mapping relationship between its vcpu0
and pcpu_id.

Address of software SRAM configured by TCC tool shall be
page-aligned. This patch fixup these addresses if they're
not page aligned.

Emulation of guest lapic ID has been enhanced to
indicate the topology of vCPU hierarchy.
This patch refine logic to build virtual RCTC_v1 table
of guest to adapt above lapic ID changes.

GPA of software SRAM is available only after
build_vrtct() function is called and the return
value of it is valid(Not NULL).
This patch fix bug in create_and_inject_vrtct()
function which violates above pre-condition when
calling get_software_sram_base_gpa().

Windows graphic driver obtains DSM address from in-BAR mmio register
which has passthroughed. Not like the other platforms obtained from
pci configure space register which has virtualized. GPU GuC must use
WOPCM in DSM, besides, Windows OS wants to manage DSM also. These two
reason force acrn has to keep identical mapping to avoid trap mmio
BAR to do the emulation.

This patch prepares vRTCT for post-RTVM instead of
pass-thru native RTCT:
- Configurations are based on Service VM native RTCT.
- Remap vLAPIC IDs in vRTCT.
- Remap base address of SW SRAM memory regions
from HPA to GPA.
- HPA base of Software SRAM shall be parsed from PTCT
instead of hardcoding.
