In future, SBL will no longer provide seed_list address through
multiboot modules. The seed_list address will passed by cmdline instead.
So stop retrieveing seed from multiboot modules.

The current struct vcpu has two members, namely 'struct vhm_request req' and
'struct mem_io mmio', that hold similar info, including the address, direction, size,
value and status of mmio reqeusts.
As a step towards a unified framework for both MMIO/PIO, this patch unifies
these two members by a tailored version of vhm_reqeust, mostly with the reserved
fields dropped. The definitions to request types, directions and process status
are reused.
Handling errors during emulations will be revisited after the I/O emulation
paths are unified. Thus for this patch the mmio.mmio_status in inherited by
io_req.processed which is not yet properly processed.

Currently the I/O emulation structures and interfaces are scattered among mmu.h,
io.h and guest.h, and tangled with other interfaces there. This patch moves the
former to a separate header ioreq.h.

hypervisor will crash if user try to call hypercall
HC_CREATE_VM in infinite style.
actually, the number of VMs hypervisor can support
depends on the bit width of 'vmid_bitmap'.should
return error in case of overflow.
other cleanup for this function to avoid memory leak
in case of failure.

Add lookup_address to lokup the page table for a virtual address

If try to modify a memory region which will cross a large page and the first
page virtual address in it would not align to the large page size, it would
modify the whole large page attributes which is fatal wrong.

SOS boot with all physicall cpus, before running UOS, it should free
CPU resource by offline not used cpus
- first do standard cpu offline flow
- then call hcall_sos_offline_cpu hypercall to release cpu resource really

In current code, general-purpose register layout in run_context is not align with the
general-purpose register index when vmexit. So hv needs to map the index used during
vmexit to the index of the general-purpose register in run_context.
This patch align the layout, so that no mapping needed.

Current implementation save trace data files on tmpfs by default, acrntrace
would use up all the physical mem, which can affect system functioning.
This commit changes default location for trace data file to current dir, and
removes the codes for space reservation, which is not necessary.

API doc generation includes kernel components provided by ACRN that live
in the acrn-kernel repo (not the acrn-hypervisor repo). We need to
include fetching the latest acrn-kernel sources when we do doc
generation, and update the documentation to mention we now need the
acrn-kernel repo as a sibling folder for the acrn-hypervisor repo
contents.

During setting up ACRN hypervisor, SOS and UOC on the
intel® NUC (NUC6CAYH) board, there are few mistakes
about updating acrn.conf and efibootmgr options, this
will lead to fail to set up ACRN hypervisor, SOS and UOS
on the NUC.
About updating acrn.conf, add "hugepagesz=1G hugepages=2"
About efibootmgr options, string parameter of option "-L"
needs to add double quotation marks; "uart=disabled" in
the option "-u" since there is no serial port on NUC.
